Position Description:
As a Compliance Officer within the Compliance Enforcement (CE) Unit, you will play a supporting role to some of its key functions. In this position, your duties will include:
- Assisting in the review and drafting of key policies and procedures and guidance;
- Playing a role in the reviewing of examination files to ensure completeness of required information in cases where the examination findings may warrant a civil or criminal penalty;
- Assisting in the mail out of the Compliance Assessment Reports;
- Conducting follow-ups with reporting entities as required; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
